When does my card get charged?
We offer a subscription-based service, so your card gets charged on the same day each month.
Do we get to roll over the unused hours?
We offer rolling over hours for our ‘Dedicated VA’ packages. We let you roll over up to 25 hours if you hire a full-time VA and 10 hours in case of a part-time VA each month.
What if I end up using more hours than my subscription plan?
We will notify you of the same, and you will have the option of upgrading your plan or paying for the additional hours used at the end of your billing cycle.
What would be the communication mode with my assistant?
You can easily stay connected with your virtual assistant via zoom, phone calls, email, Skype, WhatsApp or any other preferred platform of communication.
What if I don't like my assistant?
Change them! Simply communicate your issue to your account manager and we’ll find you an assistant who’ll be a better fit. We understand that your VA must vibe with you.
