Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth by handling day to day assigned tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to provide remote administrative and operational support to clients and handle tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, conducting research, and organising files.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support: Manage emails, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact between clients and team members.
- Documentation and file management: Create, edit, and organize documents and databases.
- Research and data analysis: Conduct online research, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Project coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating projects
- Customer support: Address inquiries and manage client relationships.
- Virtual meeting support: Schedule and set up virtual meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Social media and online presence: Manage social media accounts and maintain an online presence.
- Confidentiality and data security: Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Continuous improvement: Stay updated with tools and trends in virtual assistance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Virtual Assistance or Administrative Support, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and assistants alike.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Google Suite/Workspace
Language: Must be Fluent in English(Non-Negotiable)
