1. Event Participation

• Attendance is subject to successful registration confirmation.

• Infinity reserves the right to accept or reject any registration at its sole discretion.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment, internet connectivity, and access details (in case of a virtual event).

2. Event Content

• The Event is designed for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or business advice.

• Infinity may record the Event (audio/video/screenshots) for internal use, marketing, or training purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such recordings.

• Event materials (presentations, handouts, guides, etc.) are provided for personal/business use only and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without Infinity’s prior written consent.

3. Registration, Fees & Cancellations

• If the Event is free, no payment is required. If it is a paid event, fees must be paid in full prior to participation.

• Registrations are non-transferable without prior written approval.

• Infinity reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel the Event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

  • For paid events, participants may receive a refund or credit for future events.

  • Infinity will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants.

4. Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards speakers, organizers, and fellow attendees.

• Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

• Participation in the Event is voluntary. Infinity shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising directly or indirectly from participation.

• Results from implementing strategies discussed in the Event are not guaranteed and will vary by business.

6. Data Privacy

• By registering, you consent to Infinity collecting and processing your personal information for event management, communication, and follow-up marketing purposes.

• Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties, except as required by law.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, India.
